We had a fantastic 6-day stay here, the location near Jemaa el Fna square and the hustle and bustle of the city was excellent and we really enjoyed it.

The rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated, and the bathroom was huge with a bath. The location was incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Max & Jan Store. There were shopping streets and a market around the hotel...

It was a very enjoyable stay with suggestions for our stay. We were in an unbeatable and excellent location very close to Jemna El Fenna plaza, the center of the Medina of Marrakech, and via medina.

I absolutely loved the authentic Moroccan decoration of Riad Zinoun. The vibrant rugs, beautiful mosaics, and traditional colors created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas, such as the patio, were stunning with their open sky and grand arches. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and spacious rooms that were comfortable for walking around.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

Good location and good value for Marrakech.

The rooms are quite basic. No locks on doors and paper-thin walls.

the staff were amicable and super friendly when we had questions. the room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. 3. the breakfast was varied, and we enjoyed the delightful food. 4. the hotel is conveniently located near the most interesting Marrakech museums and the medina. 5. the service was efficient, and there was no reason to complain.

We enjoyed our week-long stay at a place with a clean, quiet room equipped with air conditioning and a great shower, and the convenient location just 10 km from Menara airport.

We stayed at Riad Zinoun for a few days in January and had a wonderful time. Saïd, the owner, welcomed us like old friends, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to Jemma El Fna, yet a peaceful oasis amidst the chaos. The staff, especially the kitchen ladies, were lovely and always served breakfast with a smile. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated, and we were greeted with delicious Moroccan tea and biscuits. The sun terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the mornings and evenings.

Good location near Cyber Park and Maison de la Photographie, perfect for exploring the city. Nice view from the window overlooking the terrace 😍.
